  • Peanuts – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Peanut Butter – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tsp
  • Banana Big  – 3
  • Dates – 3 
  • To garnish use nuts of Your choice
  • Peanuts or Pistachios or walnuts or raisins…

Method:

  • To a bowl add peanuts and water. Soak for 10 minutes
  • To a grinding jar add soaked peanuts along with water, also add peanut butter, vanilla essence, and dates. Blend smoothly.
  • Transfer frozen bananas to the same grinding jar and blend smoothly.
  • Transfer the smoothie to a setting tray and garnish with dry nuts of your choice ( pistachios, peanuts, cashew, etc. )
  • Wrap the tray with cling film and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hr or until set.
