- Transfer roasted Makhana to a grinding jar, Grind to a fine powder.
- Transfer makhana to a bowl along with half a cup of Oats, Add curd and salt, Mix to form a sticky dough,
- Add ginger, Garlic, Green chili, Chopped Veggies, and spices. Squeeze and mix to release all the fluids from Veggies until a sticky dough is formed.
