Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Transfer roasted Makhana to a grinding jar, Grind to a fine powder.
  2. Transfer makhana to a bowl along with half a cup of Oats, Add curd and salt, Mix to form a sticky dough,
  3. Add ginger, Garlic, Green chili, Chopped Veggies, and spices. Squeeze and mix to release all the fluids from Veggies until a sticky dough is formed.
  4. Grease Palm, make lemon-sized balls out of dough, and shape them into patties by pressing them between palms. Make more patties out of the mixture.
  5. Add 1 tbsp oil to a heated pan, shallow fry the patties, Flip, and cook until patties turn golden and crispy. Once they turn golden and crispy remove from pan, Serve cutlet with sauce or Chutney.
