Cut the Bajji Chilies in half Lengthwise, Remove seeds and set aside.
To a bowl add 1 boiled Potato, Mash using a fork.
To the bowl add Paneer, Onion, Green Chili, salt, Pepper powder, Garlic Powder, Turmeric powder, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala, and crushed chili.
Mix all the ingredients and the stuffing is ready.
Fill the Stuffing inside Mirchi. Place the Mirchi on a Baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Leave some space between each Mirchi.
Top the stuffed bajji with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Mixed Herbs. Mirchi is ready to bake.
Bake at 180 Degrees Celcius for 10 minutes and Grill for 5 minutes.
