- Garlic – 2 pods
- Pepper Corn – 1 tbsp
- Tamarind – Lemon-Sized ball
- Tomato – 2
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp

- Green Chili – 1
- Dry Red Chili – 2
- Curry Leaves
- Asafoetida – ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
- Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek Powder – ¼ tsp
- Water – 3 cups
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Leaves
- Jaggery – ¼ tsp

- Step 1. Add 2 garlic pods to a crusher and crush finely then set aside. next, grind 2 tablespoons of peppercorns and set aside. Next, soak lemon-sized tamarind in ¼ cup water and mash to extract pulp. Strain the tamarind water into a bowl and set aside. Next, take two tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Transfer tomato pieces into a bowl and mash the potato. Set aside.
