Ingredients:-

  • Poha/Flattened Rice – 1 & ½ cups
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Boiled Potato – 2 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion – 1 medium
  • Bell Pepper – ½
  • Ginger Minced – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies – 2
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala – ½ tsp
  • Chili Powder – ½ tsp
  • Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
  • Crushed Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Besan Powder/gram flour- 3 tbsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry

Instructions:-

  • Step 1. To a mixing bowl add 1 & ½ cups poha/flattened rice, and 2 cups water. Soak for 10 minutes. Strain water from poha and squeeze out excess water. transfer poha to a bowl.
  • Step 2. To the same bowl add 2 medium-boiled potatoes and salt. Mix thoroughly and add 1 medium onion, ½ bell pepper, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 2 green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon crushed pepper, 3 tablespoons besan/gram flour, and 2 tablespoon curd. Combine well.
