- Cauliflower florets – 2 cups
- Oil to deep fry florets – 2 cups
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Ginger minced – 1 tbsp
- Garlic minced – 3 tbsp
- Green Chili – 3
- Spring onions bulb – 1 tbsp
- Onion – ¼ cup
- Capsicum – ½ cup
- Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Red Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Green Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Ketchup – 1 tbsp
- Water – ¾ cup
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp

- Step 1, take a mixing bowl and add 3 tablespoons of corn flour, 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
