- Tender coconut water – 1/2 to 1 cup
- Agar Agar flakes – 10 gm
- Milk – 2 cups
- Condensed milk – 1 can

- Firstly, take 10 grams of agar agar flakes and soak them in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. If using agar agar powder use 2 tablespoons.
- Next, add the pulp of 2 tender coconuts into a blending jar, blend well, and set aside.
- Heat a saucepan on medium flame, and add 2 cups of milk and 1 can of condensed milk into the saucepan. Stir and bring to boil
- Then add soaked agar agar flakes after discarding water. Stir and dissolve the flakes. It will take 15-20 minutes to completely dissolve, stir continuously in medium heat. Remove from flame and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Pour half a cup of tender coconut water into the milk. Next, add the coconut pulp. Keep stirring until the pulp is completely dissolved.
- Now pour pudding mixtures into dessert bowls. Break the air bubbles with a toothpick (optional). Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
