- Rice Flour – 3 tbsp
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Hing – 1/4 tsp
- Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
- Minced ginger – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
- Chopped peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 cups
- Oil – 1 cup to fry

- Firstly, To a mixing bowl add 1 cup besan, 3 tbsp rice flour, ¼ cup curd, 1.2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt, ¼ tsp hing, 1 tbsp garlic chopped, 1 tbsp minced ginger and mix well.
- Pour 2 cups water into batches and mix without forming lumps. Mix continues till flowy batter
- Next, grease the setting tray and set it aside.
- Heat a frying pan on medium flame, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, and 2 tsp sesame seeds and saute for a few seconds. Next, add 2 tbsp chopped peanuts and saute for 1 minute. Then add 2 cups coriander leaves and cook for 1 minute.
- The next step is to pour the batter into the frying pan then stir and cook until the batter turns thick. Remember to cook on a medium flame.
