Step-by-Step Instructions to Prepare Chili Paneer Noodles

Ingredients:-

For Sauce
  1. Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  2. Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
  3. Vinegar – 1 tsp
  4. Sugar – 1 tsp
  5. Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  6. Noodle Masala – 2 pkts
For Noodles Preparation
  1. Noodles – 2 blocks
  2. Oil – 2 tbsp
  3. Paneer – 100 gm
  4. Garlic chopped – 2 tbsp
  5. Green Chili – 2 
  6. Spring onion Green – 1 tbsp
  7. Bell Pepper – 1
  8. Carrot Julienne cut – ¼ cup
  9. Cabbage – ¼ cup
  10. Water – ¼ cup

For Slurry

  1. Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  2. Water – 2 tbsp

Preparation:-

  • Add Soy sauce, chili sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Sesame Seeds, and Noodle Masala to a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Set to boil 3 cups of water, add 2 blocks of Noodles. Simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes strain off the water and wash with cold water. Set aside.
  • Next, to a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil, Shallow fry paneer until it turns golden, once it happens remove and set aside.
  • To the same oil add Garlic, saute for a few seconds, then add green chili and spring onion.
  • Next goes in the veggies, bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage. Cook the veggies in high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes of cooking pour the prepared sauce. Allow to simmer in low flame. Meanwhile, prepare the slurry by mixing 1 tbsp cornflour in 2 tbsp of water.
  • Pour the slurry along with a quarter cup of water. Allow to simmer.
  • Next, mix the Noodles well, then add the fried Paneer cubes. 
  • Mix well and garnish with Spring onions.
