Firstly, Take a mixing bowl and add 100 grams of soft unsalted butter, whisk to make it creamy. add ½ cup sugar and continue to whisk until it turns light and fluffy.

Now coat the balls with grated coconut and place them on a tray lined with butter paper. Make more balls out of dough and repeat the same process.
Arrange them on a tray leaving little gaps. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius for 5 minutes and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
