Preparation:-
To a deep bottom vessel add 2 tbsp canola oil, when the oil gets heated add chopped shallots, minced ginger, chopped garlic, and chilis. saute for 2 mins.
Add chopped carrots, green peas, and frozen corn and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins. Add salt as per taste.
Pour water 1 cup, mix well and allow to simmer.
Add pepper powder and mix well continue to simmer.
Dissolve 1/4 cup ragi in 1 cup of water, and mix without lumps.
Pour the ragi mix into the simmering soup. Mix well the soup starts to thicken.
cook for 5 mins on medium flame. finally, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
