Step 5. After a few minutes, Open the cover and add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, and ½ teaspoon garam masala. Cook for 1 minute then add ½ cup of water, cover and cook until soft.
Step 6. A few minutes later, open the cover and add cooked peas and potatoes to it. Next, add ¼ cup of water then simmer for 2 minutes. Ragda chaat is ready.
