Ingredients:-
- Rava – 1 cup
- Poha / Flattened rice – ¼ cup
- Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
- Curd – ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Water – 1 & ¼ cups
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Urad dal – ½ tsp
- Roasted chana dal – ½ tsp
- Dry red chili – 1
- Minced Ginger – 2 tsp
- Green chili – 2
- Curry leaves
- Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Baked potato – 2 medium
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions:-
- Step 1. To a grinding jar add 1 cup rava, and ¼ cup poha / flattened rice. grind to a fine powder and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Step 2. To the same bowl add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, ½ cup curd, and salt. Mix well and add 1 & ¼ cups water. Mix without lumps to get a flowy batter. allow resting for 10 minutes
- Step 3. Next, heat a frying pan on medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon urad dal, ½ teaspoon roasted chana dal, and 1 dry red chili, saute for a few seconds. Then add 2 teaspoons of minced ginger, 2 green chilies, curry leaves, and 1 onion chopped. Saute well for 1 minute. Now add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 medium-boiled potatoes, and mix well.
