  • Almonds-1/4 cup
  • Pistachios – 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin seed – 1/4 cup
  • Watermelon seeds – 1/4 cup
  • flax seeds – 1/2 cup
  • peanuts – 1 cup
  • sesame seeds – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1 cup
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Ghee- 2 tbsp

Preparation:-

1. Roast dry nuts, Almonds, Pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and watermelon seeds. Roast the nuts on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Transfer to a grinding jar, coarse grind and Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

2. To the same pan add Flax seeds dry roast in medium flame for 3 minutes, coarse Grind, and transfer to a bowl.

3. Roast Peanuts in medium flame until they turn Golden. coarse grind and transfer to a bowl.

4. Roast White sesame seeds on medium flame until it turns light golden. coarse grind and transfer to a bowl.

5. Prepare Jaggery syrup, Add jaggery to a pan along with water and cook until it melts. Strain to remove impurities and pour back into the same pan.

6. Mix all the ground nuts together and gradually add them to the jaggery syrup. Mix constantly while adding, and cook until the jaggery is completely absorbed.

7. Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well. Transfer to a flat platform add more ghee and mix again. 

8. After mixing well. Make small balls out of the mixture, grease your hands, and make lemon size balls while the mixture is still warm.

9. Store them in air-tight containers, if stored well can stay for more than a week.
