Boil 6 cups water in a Kadai and add the required salt, 2 tablespoon of oil, and 250 gram Hakka noodles. Simmer and cook until soft after boiling water strain Hakka noodles through a strainer and drain well. Pour little cold water over Hakka noodles to avoid stickiness. Set aside.
To a medium mixing bowl add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon green chili sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, and sugar. Mix well the masala is ready.
Next, Heat an iron Kadai on medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of minced ginger, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. saute for a few seconds. Then add 2 green chilies chopped, 1 tablespoon spring onion, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 red bell pepper diced, 1 green bell pepper diced, 1 carrot chopped, and ½ cup cabbage chopped. Now cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
After cooking for 5 minutes on high flame pour the prepared masala into it and mix well. Next, add cooked noodles to Kadai and mix well with veggies and masala,
