Ingredients:-
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Baking Powder – ½ tsp
- Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Capsicum – ¼ cup
- Tomato deseeded – 2 tbsp
- Green chilies – 2
- Frozen Corn – ½ cup
- Minced/Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves – ½ cup
- Mozerella cheese – ¾ cup
- Paneer Grated – ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
- Crushed chili – 1 tsp
Instructions:-
- Step 1: Take 1 cup of milk and add ¾ portion of milk to a mixing bowl and save the remaining for later use. Next, add 2 teaspoon sugar, salt, and ½ teaspoon baking powder, and mix well. Then add 2 cups of wheat flour to the same bowl. Mix well and knead to form a smooth dough. sprinkle the remaining milk in between while preparing the dough.
- Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of oil over the dough. Knead again for 1 minute. Now the smooth dough is ready. Allow resting for 15 minutes.
- Step 3: Take another mixing bowl and add ¼ cup of chopped capsicum, 2 tablespoons of deseeded tomato, 2 green chilies chopped, ½ cup of frozen corn, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, ½ cup of coriander leaves, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, ¾ cup grated paneer, salt. 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon of crushed chili. Pleat from all sides and seal at the center. remove excess dough, Press, and seal to ensure the stuffing is not visible. Continue the same with the remaining dough balls.
- Step 5: Heat a frying pan on medium flame and place them on the heated pan. Cook until brown patches appear all over the snack. Now transfer the same to a grill net over the stove. Cook until the patches turn dark all over. now remove from the grill net and transfer to the serving plate.
