For Making Dough
  • All Purpose Flour – 1 Cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Water – ½ cup
For Making Filling
  • Cabbage – ½ cup
  • Carrot – ¼ cup
  • Onion – ½
  • Minced Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Minced Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Spring Onion (White part) – 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion (Green part) – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
For Making Sauce
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Brown Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Ginger (Minced) – ½ tsp
  • Garlic (Minced) – 1 tsp
  • Spring Onion – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Crushed Chili – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

  • Step. 1: To a mixing bowl add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix well by pouring enough water to form a dough. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Step. 2: in this step, we will make fillings for the dumplings. For that take a bowl and add ½ cup cabbage, ¼ cup carrot, ½ onion chopped, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, 1 tablespoon spring onion (white part), 1 tablespoon spring onion (green part), coriander leaves, salt, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. mix well and the filling is ready.
