How To Make Eggless Wheat Mug Cake

To make the batter, you will need wheat flour, powdered sugar, butter, cashew milk, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, chocolate chips, and buttercream. First, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and buttercream in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. To make the chocolate cake batter, simply add cocoa powder to the same mixture and mix well.
Pour vanilla cake batter into one mug and chocolate cake batter into the other. Make sure to only fill the battered half of each mug. Preheat a kadai on a medium flame for 5 minutes, and bake both mug cakes in the kadai for about 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, check the mug cake by inserting a toothpick into it. If it comes out clean, the delicious mug cakes are ready. Allow it to cool for a few minutes after removing it from the kadai, then serve it with tea or coffee.
This eggless wheat mug cake is the perfect dessert for when you’re craving something sweet but doesn’t want to go through the hassle of making a full-size cake. It’s quick, easy, and delicious, and the whole wheat flour gives it a healthier twist. Give it a try and see for yourself!
