Peel off the skin of raw Mangoes and cut into small chunks.
Transfer Mango to a juicer jar, Pour half a cup water and blend smooth, then pour extra ½ cup water and grind well.
Strain the Juice, Pour ¾ cup of juice into a bowl. Add a quarter cup of corn flour and mix without Lumps, set aside.
Next to a pan add Sugar along with ¾ cups of water, in medium flame stir and dissolve the sugar. Once sugar dissolves add green food color, mix well then pour the corn flour mixture.
Cook in medium flame, Stir continuously, and slowly the mixture thickens.
Stir Continuously, add 3 tsp of Butter in batches.
Slowly the mixture starts to leave pan and reaches a ribbon stage. Switch off the flame at this stage.
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray. Allow to rest for 2 hrs.
After 2 hrs the candy is well set, detach it from the tray and cut it into Square Pieces.
Coat the candy with desiccated coconut or Sugar. Chewy Mango candy is ready to serve.
