To a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, green chili, Garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Pepper powder, Garam Masala, Chili powder, and corn flour.
Mash and mix the ingredients to get a smooth dough. Make lemon-sized balls from dough, flatten and shape them to a patty and set aside.
Next, Pour 4 tbsp oil into a pan. Shallow fry the patties in oil until golden and crispy
Once aloo tikki is Cooked, Prepare Chapati, homemade or store-bought ready-to-cook Chapatis.
Now let’s make the wrap, Make a slit at one end of the chapati, Spread Mayonnaise at one quarter, Place cabbage or Lettuce leaves over Mayo.
Place Sliced tomato and Onion in the second quarter, Spread Ketchup in the third quarter, and Place Aloo Tikki over it. At the 4th quarter place a cheese slice.
Now fold the chapati to form a Triangle. Fold the left bottom quarter upwards covering the tomato and onion. Now fold this quarter towards the right having the aloo tikki, align the edges, and Press down gently. Finally, fold this quarter downwards towards the cheese. Align edges and press gently. The wrap is ready to cook.
Place the wrap on a Toaster or Grill pan and toast until brown grilled Patches appear. Once it happens remove it from the toaster and the wrap is ready to serve.
