  1. Chop vegetables and get ready with all the ingredients for stuffing. Using a sharp knife Cut through the middle of the chicken breast until it's three-quarters of the way through. Open the chicken breast like a book

  2. spread Olive oil on the opened chicken breast. Sprinkle salt and pepper, Sprinkle Paprika powder and Garlic powder all over the chicken breast finally sprinkle some Oregano. Rub or pat the seasoning into the chicken with your fingers. flip over the chicken and repeat the same with the other side. set aside.

  3. To a heated pan, add oil, and chopped garlic, and toss them until golden. Add a bunch of Spinach and saute until the spinach turns glossy sprinkle with salt. once done remove from pan and set aside.

  4. To the pan add butter, once the butter melts add chopped onions, and cook until the onions turn transparent.

  5. After tossing onions for 2 mins add frozen corn and green peas and cook on high flame for 1 min. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.

  6. Add ketchup and mayonnaise then goes in cherry tomatoes saute all these in high flame for a few seconds and remove from the pan.

  7. Let's stuff the chicken. The first layer will be the tossed spinach and garlic spread evenly. Top the veggies with mozzarella cheese. now fold the chicken sandwiching the stuffing between the two halves. Now the chicken is ready to be air fried.

  8. Grease the air fryer tray. Place the chicken breast. spread some olive oil over the chicken. Air fry at  200° C for 20 mins. After 10 mins flip over the chicken spread some olive oil and put it back into the air fryer for the remaining 10 mins.

  9. After 10 mins check the chicken, the chicken has turned golden brown, and juicy. Remove from tray

  10. Cut chicken using a sharp knife. The chicken has turned out juicy and the stuffing is clearly visible. Enjoy!
