Ingredients

For Hara Bhara Kebab

  1. Sauté the Vegetables (Use 2 tbsp oil)
    • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger-garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    • Add ½ cup broccoli and ½ cup green peas; stir-fry on high flame for 2 minutes.

    • Add ½ cup moringa leaves and cook for 1 more minute.

    • Turn off heat and let it cool slightly.

  1. Prepare the Mixture
    • Transfer sautéed veggies to a chopper jar. Add:

      • ½ cup coriander leaves

      • 2 green chillies

      • 25 g tofu

    • Finely chop or pulse until well combined. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

    • Add:

      • 2 small boiled potatoes (mashed)

      • ¼ cup powdered oats

      • 2 tbsp roasted besan flour

      • ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes, ½ tsp garam masala
