I always use a cup of wheat flour and mix it with as much water. Add some salt, and a tablespoonful of sesame seeds, mix well and set aside. next, we have to prepare sautéed veggies in a frying pan by adding little oil, splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds after that add minced ginger, minced garlic, green chilies, chopped onion, minced carrot, chopped tomato, salt, and crushed chili.

Add these sautéed veggies with batter and mix well till flowy batter, add enough water if required. then pour 2 ladles full of batter into a heated frying pan and cook well until golden patches appeared on it. flip over both sides till well cooked. now the delicious healthy wheat flour breakfast is ready. transfer the same to a serving plate and enjoy with chutney, ketchup, or any curry you like.

  1. Firstly, To a mixing bowl adds 1 cup wheat flour, and salt, gradually pour 1 cup water, and mix well by using a whisk. Mix without lumps till flowy batter. Next, add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds mix well and set aside.

Next, heat a frying pan on medium flame and add 2 tablespoon oil, and 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, after spluttering mustard adds ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon garlic minced, 1 teaspoon ginger minced, 2 green chilies, 1 small onion chopped, 2 tablespoons carrot minced and saute well for a few seconds. Ensure to mix well while adding each ingredient.

  3. Add 1 tomato chopped to the same frying pan and cook for 2 minutes, then add salt, ½ teaspoon crushed chili, and saute well. Switch off the flame.

  4. Transfer sauteed ingredients to the batter in a bowl and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of curry leaves and mix. Now the batter is ready to cook.

  5. Now heat another frying pan on medium flame and grease the pan by spraying oil. Then pour 2 ladles full of batter spread evenly. drizzle oil over the edges and flip over. Cook until golden patches appear on breakfast.

  6. Remove wheat flour breakfast from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter. Serve with ketchup or chutney. Thank you.
