Step 1. To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, and salt. Mix well and add 1 & ½ cups of water. Pour gradually and mix to get a flowy batter.
Step 2. Heat a frying pan on medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Saute for a few seconds. Also, add 2 green chilies, 1 medium onion, ½ cup bell pepper, 1 cup grated carrot, and 1 cup cabbage. Cook in high flame for 2 minutes.
Step 3. Next, add salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, ½ teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pepper powder. Cook for 1 minute. Then add coriander leaves and the filling is ready.
Step 4. Pour 2 ladles full of batter into a heated fry pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for a few seconds and flip over. Cook for a few more seconds and remove from pan.
Step 5. For making slurry add 2 tablespoons of maida to a small bowl. Mix well by adding 3 tablespoons of water. Mix to get a thick paste.
Step 6. Place the sheet on a flat surface and put fillings into it. Fold from both sides. spread slurry over the edges of the sheet and fold from one end and fix well.
Step 7. Heat oil on a medium flame and place the spring rolls into the oil. Fry the spring rolls in a medium flame. Fry until golden. Once it turns crispy remove it from the flame and transfer it to a serving plate. Serve with sauce. Thank you.
