Ragi Roti: A Gluten-Free Weight Loss Staple
There are several recipes made using Ragi flour some are Ragi Kanji Recipe, Ragi Idli, Ragi Uttapam, Ragi Kheer, Ragi Roti, etc. Here I am sharing the recipe of ragi roti also known as Nachni Roti
which is often consumed for breakfast or lunch. This recipe is not the Karnataka version of ragi roti which is made using onions and spices. This is made by kneading dough and is rolled
out and cooked just like chapatis. Since the flour is gluten-free, it might be quite difficult to roll it out, mixing flour in hot water can make it much easier to roll and the rotis will turn out soft.
These can make a lovely meal for any time of the day and are a gluten-free alternative to wheat rotis.
