To a bowl add ¾ cup ragi flour, ½ cup suji, ½ cup rice flour, ½ cup curd, 1 medium onion, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt, and 3 cups of water gradually in batches. then mix well without forming lumps continue mixing to the flowy batter.
Pour 1 full ladle of batter into hot Tawa. start pouring from the edges to the center. Next spray oil over the dosa. Flip over dosa and cook on medium flame until both sides turn crispy and transfer to a plate.
Repeat the same process and make more dosas out of batter.
Finally, the crispy ragi neer dosas are ready to serve. Enjoy dosa with chutney.
