DIY Energy Bites: Customize Your Healthy Snack

  1. Transfer 2 cups of deseeded dates to a Chopping jar, Chop finely, and set aside.
  2. To a pan add 1 tbsp ghee, Add chopped Almonds, cashew nuts, and Pistachios roast on low flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Next, add Pumpkin, melon, Raisins (black and golden), Sesame Seeds, poppy seeds, and Desiccated coconut. Roast for 2 more minutes on low flame. After 2 minutes remove and set aside.
  4. To the same Pan and 1 tbsp of ghee, transfer the chopped dates to the pan and roast in medium flame for 5 minutes.
  5. After roasting for 5 minutes, transfer the roasted nuts to the pan, roast on low flame for 1 more minute. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
  6. After cooling Make small balls out of the mixture, and give the desired shape for the ball by firmly pressing it on the mold. Flip and detach from mold energy bites and ready.
  7. Store the energy bites/bars in air-tight containers. Refrigerate and use within 1 month.
