Ingredients:-

For Making Dough
  • All-Purpose Flour – 1 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tbsp
  • sugar- 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt – 4 to 5 tbsp  (to Mix the dough)
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
Toppings used here
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 200 gm
  • Bell Pepper – 1/2 each –(red, yellow and green)
  • Tomato – 1/2
  • Chicken fried or cooked – 250 gm (marinate with salt and pepper )
  • Coriander – as required
  • Oregano – to sprinkle on top
  • Pizza sauce- 1 1/2 tsp
  • Onion – 1/2 
  • Olives – optional

Methods:-

1. dough: In a bowl add dry ingredients, 1-1/4 cup All purpose flour, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tbsp baking soda,1 tbsp sugar, and 3 – 4 tbsp yogurt in batches and mix to form a sticky dough, coat with oil (olive oil used, can use any vegetable oil) cover and allow to rest for 1 hr.

2. After 1 hr, Knead the dough again to make it smooth sprinkle flour if required. divide the dough into 2 portions. take 1 portion of dough and spread it with the help of roller, work out on the edges to make sure the edges are slightly thicker than the center 

3. poke holes in the dough with the help of a fork

4. spread some olive oil on top

5. spread pizza sauce 

6. Top with mozzarella cheese 

7. place the veggies above the cheese, I am using bell pepper 3 colors, onion cut in cubes, chicken (cooked with pepper and salt), and tomato, top the veggies with more cheese, finally garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle some oregano

8. very important to Grease the air fryer tray before placing the pizza, since I skipped to greasing it was hard to pull the pizza out from the tray.

9. Place the Pizza in the tray, Airfry at 180 degrees Celcius for 8 mins.

10. check after 8 mins, mine was perfectly cooked with a crusty base and sizzling cheese on top. Repeat the same with the second portion of dough, with the mentioned quantity you can make 2 personal-sized pizzas.
