Step 1. To a grinding jar add ¾ cup rava and grind till fine powder. Transfer ground fine powder to a mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons of rice powder, 2 tablespoons of ragi powder, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of jowar flour, salt, and ½ cup curd. Mix well and gradually pour 1 & ½ cups of water to get a lump-free batter. Flowy batter, rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2. After 10 minutes, add ¼ teaspoon baking soda to the batter, and mix well.
Step 3. Heat a tawa on medium flame and pour a ladle of batter spread evenly.
