- Water: ½ cup
Preparation:-
- Step 1. Heat a frying pan on medium flame and roast 4 cups of makhana/foxnuts until crispy.
- Step 2. Transfer roasted makhana to a grinding jar and grind coarsely. Transfer ground makhana to a bowl.
- Step 3. Next, Heat a frying pan on a medium flame and add ¼ cup of almonds, ¼ cup of cashew nuts, ¼ cup of peanuts, ¼ cup of watermelon seeds, and ¼ cup of sesame seeds. Dry roast until aromatic.
- Step 4. Transfer roasted nuts to a grinding jar and grind coarsely. Then add ground nuts to the same makhana bowl.
- Step 5. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee to a heated frying pan and fry 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios, 2 tablespoons of cashew nuts, and ¼ cup of raisins. Roast for 1 minute, then transfer to the same bowl with the roasted makhana and nuts.
