Ingredients:-

For Filling
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Minced Carrot – ½ cup
  • Cabbage – 1 cup
  • Spring Onions – ¼ cup
  • Grated Paneer – ½ cup
  • Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
For Momos Dough
  • Maida -¾ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Water – ¼ cup

Instructions:-

  • Step 1. Heat a frying pan on medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Also, add ½ cup minced carrot, and 1 cup cabbage. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Then add ¼ cup spring onions, ½ cup grated paneer, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, salt, and saute well, cook for 1 minute. now the filling is ready.
  • Step 2.  Add ¾ cup maida, salt, and 2 tablespoons of oil to the mixing bowl. Then crumble and mix. 
  • Step 3. Gradually add ¼ cup of water, next, mix and knead to form a smooth dough. Again add 1 tablespoon of oil. Knead for 1 minute and make small balls out of dough.
  • Step 4.  Place dough balls on a flat surface and dust the flour. Roll out a thin momo sheet and place the filling at the center of the sheet. Pleat from one end and seal them seal the pleats at the center.
  • Step 5.  Now place the filled momos inside the steamer and steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes open the steamer and remove well-cooked paneer momos from the steamer. Serve with momos chutney. Thank you.
