  • Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Onion: 1 
  • Ginger Minced: 1 tsp
  • Garlic Minced: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato: 2
  • Frozen Corn: 3 tbsp
  • Green Peas: 3 tbsp
  • Paneer: 200 gm 
  • salt
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Besan: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Kasoori Methi, 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Water: 1/2 cup

Preparation:-

1. In a heated kadai, add Oil, then add chopped onions and sauté for a while. Then add minced ginger and minced garlic.

2. Add chopped tomatoes, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until soft and mushy.

3. After 5 minutes, add in the seasoning. turmeric powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and besan flour. sauté until the raw smell of spices goes off.

4. Add salt

5. Add frozen corn and frozen green peas.

6. Pour half a cup of water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

7. After 2 minutes, add chopped paneer.

8. Add garam masala and roasted kasoori methi. Cover and cook for 1 minute.

9. After 1 minute, oil has oozed out of the gravy. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
