Ingredients and Instructions to make Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:-

  • Oats - 1/4 cup
  • flax seed - 1 tsp
  • beetroot - 1 tbsp
  • cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  • peanuts - 1/4 cup
  • banana - 1
  • water - 1 cup
  • raisins - 1tbsp

Instructions:-

1. To a bowl, add oats, raisins, and cashew nuts, Pour half a cup of water and soak for 15 minutes.

2. To a grinding jar, add beetroot, roasted peanuts, flax seeds, bananas, and the soaked oats and dry nuts.

3. Add half a cup of water to the blender and blend until smooth.

4. The smoothie is ready to serve. Pour into a serving glass and decorate with chopped peanuts, banana slices, and grated beetroot.
