Healthy Oats Pizza – Ready in Minutes!

Ingredients:-

Preparation:-

  1. To a grinding jar add 1 cup of instant oats, grind to a smooth powder, and transfer to a bowl.

  2. To the bowl, add half a cup of yogurt and salt as required, Mix without forming lumps.

  3. Gradually Pour half a cup of water into batches mix well to get a semi-thick batter, and allow the batter to rest for 15 mins.

  4. After 15 mins, Add 1 tsp of Eno along with 2 tbsp of water. mix well batter turns frothy.

  5. Grease a heated pan, keep the flame medium pour the entire batter, and spread it evenly. pour 2 tbsp oil, cover, and cook until the bottom turns out golden.

  6. Flip the pizza base with the help of a plate, transfer back to the pan keep the flame low, spread pizza sauce on the top layer, and spread the next layer of mozzarella cheese.

  7. On top of the cheese Spread the vegetables, onion, capsicum, frozen corn, and paneer. 

  8. Top with more cheese and finally sprinkle some crushed chili and Mixed herbs. cover and cook on a medium flame for 5 mins.

  9. Check after 5 mins, well cooked with a soft pizza base and sizzling cheese. Transfer to a serving plate, cut, and serve.
