Ingredients
    For Almond Milk
  • 0.25 cup Almonds
  • 1.25 cups Water
  • For soaking Dry Nuts
  • 0.5 cup Makhana
  • 0.25 cup Oats
  • 0.25 cups Raisins
  • For Smoothie
  • 1 number Banana
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds
Preparation
  1. For making Almond Milk, soak quarter cups of almonds in hot water for 30 minutes, After 30 minutes peel off the skin and transfer to a grinding jar, pour a quarter cup of water, and grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the Ground almond to a Glass pour 1 cup of water and stir well. Almond milk is ready to set aside.
  3. To a mixing bowl add Makhana, Raisins, and Oats soak them in 1 cup of prepared Almond milk. Soak for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes transfer the soaked ingredients to a grinding jar, Also add chopped banana, Peanut butter, Chia seeds, Honey, Flax seeds powder, and the remaining Almond milk.
  5. Blend and transfer the smoothie to a serving glass, and garnish with makhana, raisins, and chia seeds.
  6. Serve this smoothie for breakfast or as a meal.
