Ingredients
For Almond Milk
0.25cup Almonds
1.25cups Water
For soaking Dry Nuts
0.5cup Makhana
0.25cup Oats
0.25cups Raisins
For Smoothie
1number Banana
1tsp Peanut Butter
1tsp Chia seeds
1tbsp Honey
1tsp Flax Seeds
Preparation
For making Almond Milk, soak quarter cups of almonds in hot water for 30 minutes, After 30 minutes peel off the skin and transfer to a grinding jar, pour a quarter cup of water, and grind to a smooth paste.
Transfer the Ground almond to a Glass pour 1 cup of water and stir well. Almond milk is ready to set aside.
To a mixing bowl add Makhana, Raisins, and Oats soak them in 1 cup of prepared Almond milk. Soak for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes transfer the soaked ingredients to a grinding jar, Also add chopped banana, Peanut butter, Chia seeds, Honey, Flax seeds powder, and the remaining Almond milk.
Blend and transfer the smoothie to a serving glass, and garnish with makhana, raisins, and chia seeds.
