Preparation
  1. Prepare the Filling

Heat a pan and add butter. Add garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and translucent. Next, toss in cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and corn. Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes while stirring frequently to retain the crunch.

Add boiled kidney beans and shredded paneer. Season with salt, mixed herbs, pepper powder, crushed chili, and cumin powder. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavors. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Cheese Spread

In a bowl, mix cheese spread, chili sauce, and ketchup until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Use roti or tortilla as the base. Cook it on a hot pan until lightly toasted and warm. Set aside for assembling.

  4. Assemble and Toast the Wrap

Spread the prepared cheese spread evenly over the roti or tortilla. Place the vegetable and paneer filling in the center. Fold the roti from the left, right, and bottom, then roll it tightly towards the other end.
