  • Heat a frying pan on a medium pan and add 3 tablespoons of white sesame seeds. Roast for 2 minutes. and remove from the pan, set aside.
  • Next, add semolina/suji to the same pan and roast for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then add ½ cup melted ghee into it. Combine and cook for another 5 minutes. Suji turns moist
  • Now add ¾ cup milk powder to the same mixture and mix well. Keep in low flame. cook for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Next, grease a setting tray and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Set aside.
  • Now we will prepare sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar and ½ cup water to a heated fry pan on medium flame. Allow to simmer and add 1 teaspoon of rose essence. 
  • After the sugar is completely dissolved gradually add the suji mix and mix by breaking lumps if any. Cook for 10 minutes, until the mixture starts to leave the pan. At this stage switch off the flame.
  • Transfer the mixture to the previously set greased pan. Spread evenly and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of it. Allow cooling, for better results refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, remove the milk dessert from the tray. Yummy, delicious milk dessert is ready. Cut into the desired shape and enjoy. Thank you.
