  • Water: 1 cup
  • Cardamom: 4
  • Cinnamomo: 2
  • Star anise: 1
  • Peppercorns: ¼ tsp
  • Cloves: 4
  • Sweet corn: 1 & ½ cups
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion: ½ cup
  • Tomato: ½ cup
  • Green Chilies: 2
  • Spring onion: 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cumin powder: ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder: ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala: ½ tsp
  • Garam masala: ½ tsp
  • Paprika powder: ½ tsp

Preparation:-

  • Step 1. Add 1 cup of water, 4 cardamoms, 2 cinnamon, 1 star anise, ⅓ teaspoon peppercorns, 4 cloves, and 1 & ½ cups of sweet corn to a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2. After 5 minutes, strain water through a strainer. Discard the pieces of spices from sweet corn and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  • Step 3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and salt to the bowl. Mix well then add ½ cup of chopped onion, ½ cup of tomato, 2 green chiles chopped, 2 tablespoons of spring onion, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
