Firstly, in a mixing bowl or a plate add 1 medium onion chopped, ¼ cup capsicum, ¼ cup grated carrot, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, curry leaves, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon ajwain, ½ teaspoon crushed chili, 1.2 teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon pepper powder, salt, and 1 cup jowar flour and mix well by adding ¼ cup warm water
Pour water gradually, and mix to form a sticky dough. Next, add 1 teaspoon of ghee to the dough and mix well.

Take a handful of dough and place it on the banana leaf. Spread it using your fingers and work on the edges to get a round shape.
Flip the banana leaf and place the dough on a greased tawa. Then slowly detach the dough from the banana leaf without breaking it. Flip rotti after 1 minute and spread ghee on both sides. Next, sprinkle sesame seeds and cook on a medium flame.
Once rotti turns golden brown from all sides remove from tawa and transfer to a serving plate.
