For Coconut Chutney
- Coconut – 1 cup
- Curry Leaves
- Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water – ½ cup

- Jowar Flour – 1 cup

- Step 1. To a grinding jar add 1 cup of coconut, curry leaves, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, salt, and ½ cup of water. Grind to smooth paste.
- Step 2. Heat a frying pan on medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil, ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds, and 4 shallots. Fry until golden. Also, add curry leaves, 2 dry red chilies, and ground coconut. Mix well, heat it do not simmer. Coconut chutney is ready to serve.
For Jowar Dosa
- Step 1. To a mixing bowl add 1 cup jowar flour, 2 tablespoon rice flour, salt, ½ teaspoon cumin, and 2 tablespoon curd. Mix without lumps. pour 2 cups water in batches and mix without forming lumps. Now pour extra 2 cups of water to get a flowy batter.
- Step 2. To the batter add 1 medium onion chopped, 3 green chilies chopped, curry leaves, and coriander leaves, mix well till reaches the perfect consistency.
- Step 3. Heat a dosa tawa on medium flame and grease the tawa. Pour batter from the edges towards the center. Spread little oil over the dosa to avoid stickiness. Once it turns crispy remove it from the pan.
