Transfer jackfruit flesh to a grinding jar. Blend deseeded jackfruit flesh to a smooth paste.
To a heated pan add 1 tablespoon of ghee, Transfer blended jackfruit flesh to the pan and mix well.
Stir and cook on medium flame, after 5 mins of cooking add half a cup of sugar mix well, and dissolve.
When sugar completely dissolves add 1 cup of milk powder. mix well until the milk powder dissolves.
For flavor add a quarter teaspoon of cardamom powder. mix well
Keep stirring until the burfi starts to leave the pan. Add 3 teaspoons of ghee in batches and keep stirring. After 40 mins of cooking, the burfi starts to leave the pan.
Stop cooking at this stage and transfer to a greased tray for setting. refrigerate for 2 hr for better results.
After 2 hours, garnish with chopped nuts and cut it into desired shape and form. compared to other burfis jackfruit burfi will be slightly chewy but, really delicious.
