  1. First of all, take a cutting pad and 300 grams of cabbage. cut into thin slices and transfer to a bowl. next, take 1 carrot and finely grate or chop and transfer to the same mixing bowl.

  2. Cut half capsicum into thin slices and transfer to the same bowl.mix well.

  3. Next, take another mixing bowl and crack 4 eggs into it. Add 1 cup of milk and whisk well, add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, and salt.

  4. Whisk without forming lumps till reach a smooth flowy batter. Pour the batter into the veggie bowl and mix well

  5. Now heat a frying pan on a medium flame and add 3 tablespoons of oil, then spread the veggies into the pan and pour the batter evenly. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. After 2 minutes open the cover and garnish with coriander leaves. Flip over the egg breakfast with the help of a plate. Cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame.

  7. After 2 minutes instant egg breakfast is well-cooked and remove from the pan. Cut into small pieces and enjoy with your favorite dip. Thank you.
