  1. To a mixing bowl add Wheat flour, Salt, Oil and chopped coriander Leaves, Mix Pour enough water and knead to form a soft dough. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
  2. For the mixed veg stuffing, in a pan pour oil, chopped garlic, onion and veggies cook until veggies turn crunchy. Add salt Oregano and pepper powder for seasoning, and finally garnish with coriander Leaves. Set aside the stuffing.
  3. Knead the dough for 1 more minute and divide it into 4 equal Rolls, Dip the rolls in flour and spread it out to the size of Roti.
  4. Place 3-4 tbsp of the veg stuffing at the center and shape to form a Triangle. Place a cheese Slice over the Stuffing, Now fold the roti from 3 sides over to the filling and seal creating a triangle.
  5. Place the Roti on hot Tawa, Flip, and cook until golden patches Appear, Spread oil on both sides. Once the patches turn dark remove from Pan. Serve it hot with Curd or Sauce.
