  1. Extract Beetroot Juice:
    1. Grind the beetroot chunks with half a cup of water into a smooth puree.
    2. Strain the puree to extract beetroot juice and set it aside.

    1. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee.
    2. Add cashew nuts and roast for 2 minutes until golden.
    3. Add black raisins and roast for 1 minute until they puff up. Remove and set aside.
  1. Prepare the Laddu Base:
    1. In the same pan, roast 1 cup of semolina on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes until it turns slightly golden.
    2. Pour the beetroot juice into the roasted semolina. Stir and cook on low flame for 1 minute until the mixture thickens and dries out.
  1. Combine Ingredients:
    1. Turn off the heat and add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to the semolina mixture. Mix well until the sugar melts and the mixture turns moist.
    2. Add the fried cashew nuts, raisins, and desiccated coconut. Mix everything thoroughly.
