Ingredients:-
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (soaked)
  • 6 Cashew nuts (soaked)
  • 4 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Basil Seeds (soaked)
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Black raisins
Method:-
  1. To a blender add diced 3 guavas, soaked and peeled almonds, cashew nuts, oats, flax seeds, peanuts, milk, and honey. Blend smooth (measurement as mentioned above in the ingredients section)

  2. Transfer this smoothie to a bowl

  3. Garnish with chopped guava, soaked basil seeds, chopped almonds, and black raisins, and finally drizzle honey (Garnish with nuts and fruits of your choice) finally healthy breakfast smoothie is ready.
