Protein from Yogurt: Yogurt (dahi) is a rich source of protein, which is essential for muscle repair, growth, and overall body function. It also helps in keeping you full for longer periods, making it a satisfying snack option.
Calcium: Yogurt is high in calcium, which is crucial for maintaining strong bones and teeth. Calcium also supports nerve function and muscle contraction.
Probiotics: Yogurt contains beneficial bacteria known as probiotics, which promote a healthy gut microbiome. These probiotics can aid digestion, boost immunity, and improve overall gut health.
