  • Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Whipping Cream – 1 & 1/2 cups

  • Grated chocolate (optional)

  • To a mixing bowl add ½ cup powdered sugar, and 1&½ cup whipping cream. beat until soft peaks appear.

  • Now crush 3-4 biscuits into the cream and combine well. Repeat the same with the remaining whipped cream in another bowl. mix with chopped almonds and crushed biscuits and set aside.
  • In a setting tray, spread the first layer of chocolate cream. Next, arrange the biscuits as a layer and spread the next layer of white cream evenly. Alternately layer the biscuits and creams.
  • Spread the final layer of cream and top the layer with crushed biscuits, chopped almonds, and grated chocolate (optional). Refrigerate for 1 hour.
