  • To the same hot oil add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 2 teaspoons of minced ginger, 2 green chilies, and 2 tablespoons of spring onion white part chopped, saute well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 1 onion cut into cubes, and 1 capsicum, saute well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Next, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon of red chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of green chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, salt, and ½ teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, cook for 1 minute.
  • Next, add ¼ cup of water to the leftover batter, mix well and pour into the curry and stir well. Now add ¼ teaspoon sugar, 1 cup water, and add fried paneer into it. Simmer and cook for 2 minutes
  • Finally, garnish with a spring onion green part. The delicious paneer chili is ready to serve, transfer it to a serving dish and enjoy it with roti. Thank you.
