To a mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, and salt, next, pour enough water and mix well to get semi thick batter.
Now add 200 grams of paneer cubes into the batter and coat well.
Heat a frying pan on medium flame and add ½ cup of oil. After turning the oil hot add the marinated paneer cubes into the oil and shallow fry it. Save the remaining batter into the bowl.

Next, add ¼ cup of water to the leftover batter, mix well and pour into the curry and stir well. Now add ¼ teaspoon sugar, 1 cup water, and add fried paneer into it. Simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
