I am sharing my first attempt at making a cake in an Air fryer, Though the surface was slightly cracked after air frying the taste and texture weren't much different from a regular cake baked in Oven or Kadai. Assuming the cracked surface was due to high temperature, we should try it out at 150 or 140 degrees Celsius next time.
For me, it was really surprising to know that apart from reheating pizza and cooking the perfect steak, baking can also be done in an air fryer.
After trying it myself, I felt it was more convenient than using an oven to make cake in an air fryer. I tried several recipes in the Air fryer including mug cake, baked oats, pizza, Falafel, etc.
all the recipes came out well and I would recommend Air Fryer for a healthy lifestyle.

16. To one portion add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, after adding cocoa powder the batter will turn thick now add 3 tbsp milk to loosen the batter.
Leave the other portion of the batter as such.

18. pour a small quantity of Vanilla batter and spread it evenly, next pour the chocolate batter above it don't spread it. the batter will spread by itself
19. keep altering the batter one above the other until the batter is completely used up.
20. once done, with the help of a skewer creates designs in your style.
21. Tap to release air bubbles.
22. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celcius for 10 mins.
23. place the Tray inside the air fryer basket. Set the Airfryer at 160 degrees Celcius and bake for 30 to 35 mins
24. After 30 minutes insert a skewer to check doneness, if the skewer comes out clean remove it from the basket and allow it to cool
25. Cake was slightly cracked at the surface. But the texture and taste were exactly like an oven-baked one.
26. would recommend cooking at 150 or 140 degrees Celcius for more than 35 mins for a perfect-looking cake.
